Thanks for sharing!
Many of our clients are finding the increases in the NMW/NLW a challenge due to the lack of differentiation between team leader roles.
Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

And don't forget if you are prescriptive in terms of your dress code and pay the NMW/NLW then this could fall foul of paying below the NMW/NLW.
